Not only has the attribute for targeting yourself with a medikit item had a name change from allowSelfHeal to medikitTargetSelf, the Final Mod Pack more than likely doesn't use the MEDI_KIT item, but has its own ones instead. My mod supports the vanilla UFO and TFTD medikit.

So if I change the command for final mods medical items to match the medikittargetself or in this case medispraytargetself it should work?

No, don't change the variable!
It SPECIFICALLY has to be "medikitTargetSelf", no matter what the name of the item is. Here's the wiki page for modding rulesets. Ufopaedia.org(OpenXcom)

I'm trying to use this on final mod and other mods but it crashes idk why.
